Peru's Mike Henrich's 2-run homer in the top of the 8th decides a pitching duel between teammate Phil Plotas (12 strikeouts, 5 hits) and MAI's John Boule (13 strikeouts, 4 hits).
Anna Pulsifer belts a grand slam to lead unbeaten Elizabethtown-Lewis over Chazy. Brigitte Pelkey and Pam Crowningshield also lead the Lions' attack.
Doug Thatcher, down to his last strike, slugs a grand slam to give Crown Point a 14-11 win over Westport.
