Deyo, Hilborne propel Eagles past Patriots on the lanes

AUSABLE FORKS — Jordan Deyo fired a 268-243-212-723 series Wednesday afternoon to power the Beekmantown boys to a 3-1 victory over AuSable Valley in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference bowling.

Damien Stutsman was also on the mark for the Eagles with a 225-221-619 series.

Troy McDonald rolled the high scores for the Patriots with a 278-243-694 triple.

Meanwhile, the Beekmantown girls recorded a 4-0 win as Paige Hilborne led the way with a 205-178-183-566 series.

Katelynn Miller's 213-195-565 triple topped the AuSable Valley girls.

The Plattsburgh girls were winners in the girls match as Ayrika Lanum paced the Hornets with a 129 game and 327 triple.

Mark Maye's 196 game and 528 triple paced the Vikings.

Jade Frasier's 172 game and 458 series helped give Ticonderoga a win in the girls' match.

Sarah Shoobe tossed a personal best game of 190 for Moriah.
