High waters lap against the sidewalk at Plattsburgh Municipal Beach around 3 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Lake Champlain sat at 100.27 feet when measured at Rouses Point and Port Henry Wednesday night, according to the National Weather Service in Burlington. Flood stage is 100 feet above sea level.
