PLATTSBURGH — State Police are seeking the public's assistance with identifying a man who allegedly exposed himself outside of Target in Plattsburgh.

The man is accused of approaching two children outside the store's vestibule around 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20, and intentionally displaying himself to them.

The incident was caught on video surveillance, according to a press release.

In pictures released by police, the man is wearing glasses, and has facial hair and a receding hairline.

State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman said he is a larger male, stands at about six feet tall and walks with a slight limp.
