ROUSES POINT -- A Canadian man is facing felony driving-while-intoxicated charges after he allegedly drove drunk early Saturday morning.
Chazy-based State Police troopers stopped Alexander Mertn, 33, of Quebec on Route 9B around 2 a.m.
At the time, they allegedly found him to be driving drunk and arrested him on two related charges.
He was later released from custody and will reappear in court at a later date to face the allegations.
