MALONE — Judge Robert G. Main Jr. handed down a number of sentences and heard pleas in Franklin County Court.
Here are the recent dispositions:
Jordan Spinner, 19, of Malone was sentenced to five years of probation for third-degree burglary, stemming from an incident Feb. 28.
He pleaded guilty to a Superior Court Information rather than a formal grand-jury indictment and was also ordered to pay $1,294 in restitution.
An 18-year-old Malone teen, who was granted youthful-offender status, was sentenced to five years of probation, with the first four months in County Jail, for third-degree attempted burglary, stemming from an incident Dec. 26.
The youth was also ordered to pay $5,421 in restitution.
Nina M. Duprey, 35, of Plattsburgh was sentenced to five years of probation, with the first six months in County Jail, for third-degree grand larceny, stemming from an incident Jan. 23.
She was ordered to pay $4,165 in restitution.
Tyrone Blow, 37, an inmate at Upstate Correctional Facility, pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted promotion of prison contraband, stemming from an incident May 22 at Upstate Correctional.
Sentencing is set for Jan. 12.
Jan Carlos-Sanchez, 24, an inmate at Upstate Correctional Facility, pleaded guilty to first-degree attempted promotion of prison contraband, stemming from an incident July 15 at Bare Hill Correctional Facility.
