MOIRA — A Bangor man was charged with second-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony.

Christopher J. Thibeault, 24, was arrested at the State Police barracks in Malone at 1:07 p.m. March 23, according to a State Police blotter entry.

Thibeault was arraigned and taken to the Franklin County Jail.

The alleged crime was originally reported to State Police at 12:49 p.m. Jan. 29.
