Education: Associates degree from Clinton Community College, bachelor’s from SUNY Plattsburgh, studied business administration from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington

Employment: Self employed, co-owner of Chapter One Coffee & Tea within the Plattsburgh Public Library, business consultant for small business clients

Government experience: Clinton County Legislator Area 9, Finance Committee Chair, legislative liaison for the Workforce Development Board and the Strategic Tourism and Planning Committee, the Economic Development and County Opportunity Committee and the Transportation committee

Civic Organizations: Former Rotary Club member, Literacy volunteer, head coach of the Plattsburgh State Women’s rugby team

Family: Wife, Tray, son Miles

Rosenquest is running unopposed for a second term as legislator for Area 9 in Clinton County, which covers part of  the City of Plattsburgh.

His main areas of concern for his district are the availability of transportation and affordable housing.

"Our main goals are transportation and to help those of low income in Clinton County," Rosenquest said. “I have been working on transportation issues through the Transportation Committee. We are currently looking at the Tenant Protection Act.” 

Rosenquest also stated that a regional housing study is to be performed through the Adirondack North Country Association.
