FELONY ARRESTS 

SARANAC — A Standish woman was charged after menacing a victim here Aug. 27, State Police say.

Officers responded to a domestic dispute, State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman said, where they found Janette M. Robart, 38, who had allegedly menaced a victim with a paring knife.

Robart was charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and second-degree menacing, a misdemeanor.

She was arraigned in Saranac Town Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 bond.

She is due to reappear there Sept. 30.
