FELONY ARRESTS 

DICKINSON — A Dickinson man was arrested here Sept. 20 after allegedly menacing a victim with a gun, State Police say.

Justin W. Tucker, 35, allegedly menaced the female victim with a long gun and threatened to kill her, State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman said.

He was charged with three counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a felony, and one count each of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon and second-degree menacing, both misdemeanors.

Several of his firearms were allegedly unregistered assault rifles.

He was arraigned in Malone Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $6,000 cash or $12,000 bond, and was issued a temporary stay-away order of protection that expires in March of 2020.

SCHROON LAKE — An Albany man was charged with a felony here Sept. 27 after police found him allegedly in possession of synthetic marijuana, State Police say.

Santonieo E. Miller, 53, was pulled over on the Interstate 87 in a 2005 Dodge Dakota due to having no distinctive license plate, Fleishman said.

Officers allegedly found 6.6 ounces of synthetic marijuana and one marijuana cigarette in Miller’s possession.

He was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony, and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

He was arrraigned in Schroon Lake Town Court with bail set at $250, which he posted.

DANNEMORA — A Brooklyn woman was arrested after allegedly bringing 202 suboxone strips into Clinton Correctional here Sept. 28, State Police say.

Yvette Blandon, 34, was apprehended with the schedule 3 controlled substance by Department of Corrections and Community Supervision officers while inside the facility, Fleishman said.

She was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting prison contraband, both felonies, and was arraigned in Dannemora Village Court.

She was sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.

DANNEMORA — Correction officers intercepted 67.2 grams of synthetic cannabis that a Sleepy Hollow woman was allegedly attempting to bring into Clinton Correctional here Sept. 28, State Police say.

Stephanie Grullon Gonzalez, 25, was charged with fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and first-degree promoting prison contraband, both felonies, Fleishman said.

Gonzalez was arraigned in Dannemora Village Court and remanded to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
