CHAZY — A West Chazy woman was charged with a felony after an alleged domestic dispute here July 5, State Police say.
Nicole L. Farr, 43, pushed a man into a storm window, breaking the window and causing cuts on his forearms, State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman said.
Farr also allegedly bit the man on the lower back.
He declined medical attention when law enforcement responded.
Farr was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor, and aggravated family offense.
The family-offense count was upgraded to a felony due to Farr’s prior April 2018 conviction for criminal mischief, Fleishman said.
She was arraigned in Chazy Town Court and sent to Clinton County Jail.

BOMBAY — A one-car crash here sent an Ogdensburg man to the hospital July 5, State Police say.
Michael D. Crews, 33, was driving a 2010 Chevrolet Suburban west on Route 4 when the vehicle left the north shoulder of the road as he attempted to navigate a right-hand curve, Fleishman said.
The vehicle continued off the road and struck a culvert, coming to rest on an earth embankment.
Crews drove himself to Auburn Hepburn Hospital for treatment on his right knee, Fleishman said.
He was ticketed for failure to maintain lane.
BELLMONT — An Owl’s Head man was injured when his motorcycle hit a pavement heave here July 7, State Police say.
Dayrien A, Dumas, 21, was driving east on County Route 27 when his 2017 Suzuki motorcycle struck an imperfection in the roadway and overturned, Fleishman said.
Dumas was brought to University of Vermont Health Network at Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone to be treated for back pain and road rash.
AUSABLE — A Keeseville woman was sent to the hospital after being hit by a vehicle here July 9, State Police say.
Trinity L. Johnpeer, 39, was crossing in front of the Family Dollar parking lot on Route 9 in her motorized wheelchair when Florida resident Mary L. Gload struck her with her 2011 Dodge Caliber, Fleishman said.
Gload, 87, was turning left out of the parking lot and failed to notice Johnpeer, Fleishman said.
Johnpeer was brought to the University of Vermont Health Network, Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital in Plattsburgh for treatment of a leg injury.
PLATTSBURGH — A two-car accident here July 11 sent one to the hospital, State Police say.
Peru resident Andrea M. Osborne, 54, was stopped in traffic on State Route 374 in a 2014 Chevrolet Silverado, preparing to turn left onto Trudeau Road when Jason J. Ambrosio, 38, failed to notice her, Fleishman said.
Ambrosio, of Dannemora, was driving a 2007 BMW at high speed and rear-ended the Silverado, the trooper said.
Osborne was brought to CVPH for treatment of neck pain.
Ambrosio was ticketed for following too closely.
