MALONE — An Albany woman was charged with promoting prison contraband after bringing synthetic marijuana into the Bare Hill Correctional Facitlity, State Police say.
Vanasia M. Inman, 30, was arrested Nov. 23 after corrections officers at the facility found her with the illicit drugs, State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman said.
She was arraigned in Malone Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond.
MALONE — Corrections officers found synthetic marijuana and two scalpel blades on a Rochester woman visiting the Franklin Correctional Facility here Nov. 23, State Police say.
Katherine Webster, 27, was found in possession of the contraband at the facility, Fleishman said.
She was arraigned in Malone Town Court and released on her own recognizance to return there Jan. 7.
