Cannabis Health Consultations and Practitioner Info Session: 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. July 27, Plattsburgh Public Library, 19 Oak St., Plattsburgh. State certified medical practitioners will be on-site to provide free health consultations. Instant medical marijuana cards are available for patients who qualify. Potential patient should bring documentation of qualifying diagnosis.
