CHATEAUGAY — State Police don’t think foul play was a factor in the death of Chateaugay teen John Sexton.

Sexton, 18, was found at his residence here Nov. 26. He had disappeared from there Nov. 10.

According to State Police Troop B Public Information Officer Trooper Jennifer Fleishman, the cause and manner of Sexton’s death is still pending toxicology reports, but foul play is not suspected.

An autopsy was performed at the University of Vermont Health Network, Champlain Valley Physician’s Hospital in Plattsburgh on Nov. 27.

State Police and State Forest Rangers had investigated the disappearance in an over two-week-long search of the area.
