PLATTSBURGH — Towne Meeting will perform tonight as part of the University of Vermont Health Network – Champlain Valley Physicians Hospital 2019 Summer Concert Series.

The event will take place on the hospital’s front lawn beginning at 6 p.m. and will spotlight community partner, National Alliance of Mental Illness of Champlain Valley.

It’s the third of four concerts planned for the summer. Community partners will share information about their services or program at each event and CVPH will make a donation to them as well as to the Foundation of CVPH.

Dennis Hulbert, Gary VanCour, Miles Moody and Anastasia Pratt are Towne Meeting.

They are known for their powerful vocal harmonies and engaging performances. Oriented in folk, their music branches out into many other genres, according to their website.

Mr. Ding-a-Ling will be parked on the hospital campus selling ice cream and other frozen treats during the concert.

Concert goers are encouraged to bring a lawn chair or blanket. Parking is conveniently located in the Medical Office Building lots, just off the Cornelia Street entrance to the CVPH campus.

CVPH prohibits smoking, alcohol and glass containers on its campus.
