NEW PORT RICHEY, Fla. €" Naoma M. Williams, 90, of New Port Richey, Fla., died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at The Hospice House in New Port Richey, Fla. She was born in Altona, N.Y., June 29, 1916, the daughter of Harry and Maude (Ducette) Hall.

She graduated from Bloomingdale High School in 1934. She married Raymond Williams on June 30, 1934.

She is survived by four children, Raymond Williams and his wife Hazel of Fern Lake, N.Y., Ramona Thwaits and husband Reginald (predeceased) of Jay, N.Y., Marguerite Henry and her husband Jon of Port Charlotte, Fla., Theodore Williams and his wife Roxalana of Jay, N.Y.; brother Ralph Hall and his wife Beck of Hudson, Fla.; a sister, Nora Hough and husband Charles of New Port Richey, Fla., a sister, Buelah Lewis and friend Dennis of New Port Richey, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Naoma was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Williams, in November 1996; brother Randolph and wife Looeita, brother Elwin and his wife Wilda; sister Florence Hogan and husband Paul; also four baby sisters.

Naoma worked at the Devlin Convalescent Home and was a caregiver for many. She was very devoted to her family.

Calling hours will be Friday, June 1, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Zaumetzer-Sprague Funeral Home in AuSable Forks, N.Y.

The funeral will be Saturday, June 2, 2007, at 10 a.m. at the Jay Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the cemetery in Jay. Reception will follow at the Jay Baptist Church Hall.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice.
