POINT AU ROCHE STATE PARK - Shauni Trombly and Cody Seccombe were married on October 7, 2017th at Point Au Roche State Park in Plattsburgh, N.Y. Calvin Seccombe officiated the wedding. Shauni is the daughter of Tony and Marsha Trombly of West Chazy, N.Y., and Cody is the son of Wayne and Dana Seccombe of Dearborn, Mich.
Shauni was a 2009 graduate of Chazy Central Rural School and earned her Associate's Degree from Clinton Community College. In 2013 Shauni got her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from Clarkson University. She currently is a Crew Leader for a Wildlife Management and Conservation crew for the Unitred States Forest Service.
Cody was a 2010 graduate of Dearborn High School and earned his Associate's Degree in Firefighter/Paramedic from Henry Ford College in 2013. Cody is currently a Wildland Firefighter for the United States Forest Service.
The Maid of Honor was Jessica Kalvatis of Chazy, N.Y. The Bridesmaids were Alison Menard of Mooers, N.Y., and Lily Seccombe of Dearborn, Mich. The Flower Girls were Julia Trombly of Canton, N.Y., Kinsey Kalvatis and Jalynn Kalvatis of Chazy, N.Y. The Ring Bearers were Noah Trombly of Canton, N.Y., and Karina Kalvatis of Chazy, N.Y.
The Best Man was Jacob Bennett of Dearborn, Mich. The Groomsman were Edward Curran and Zachary Spearman both of Dearborn, Mich. The Ushers were Lyles Trombly of Canton, N.Y., and Adrian Trombly of West Chazy, N.Y.
The Reception was at a Family- Friend's dining lodge along Lake Champlain. The couple celebrated their honeymoon by flying in a seaplane to a cabin in the North Woods of Maine.
