Champlain senior citizens invited to dinner

CHAMPLAIN — Reservations are a must for the free Christmas Dinner Party planned for all Town of Champlain senior citizens set for 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Oak Street.

Residents of the villages of Champlain and Rouses Point, as well as the entire town, including Coopersville and Perry’s Mills, are invited.

To reserve a seat, call Gloria Tetreault at 298-8789 or Laura Trahan 297-2932 or 298-8244 as soon as possible. 

The event is sponsored by Knights of Columbus Council 3525 and Catholic Daughters Court Lily of the Mohawk Council 1451.

Senior Citizen Computer Club to meet

PLATTSBURGH — The Senior Citizen Computer Club of Clinton County will meet at 1:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, at the Senior Citizens Center,

5139 North Catherine St., Plattsburgh.

Representatives from Best Buy in Plattsburgh will do a presentation on popular items and answer questions. Trained “geek technicians” and sales associates will bring the club members up to date on what is available.

This meeting is open to the public.

Senior Citizens Holiday Party planned in Ti

TICONDEROGA — The Ticonderoga Kiwanis and Ticonderoga Central School District are sponsoring the annual Senior Citizens Holiday Party at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 4, at the Ticonderoga Elementary-Middle School cafeteria.

No reservations are required.

A light turkey lunch and student entertainment will be provided.

The snow date is Dec. 5 at the same time.
