WEST CHAZY — A West Chazy man was arrested for driving after having his license suspended, according to the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office.
Robert J. Trombley, 53, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. Sunday by Sheriff’s deputies following a traffic stop on the Recore Road. It was determined during the investigation that Trombley was allegedly intoxicated and that his license was currently suspended from a previous DWAI conviction.
Trombley is charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation; driving while intoxicated, first offense; operating a motor vehicle with 0.08 percent or more; and changing lanes when hazardous.
The deputies transported Trombley to the Sheriff’s Office for processing, and he was released to appear in the Town of Chazy Court at a later date.
BEEKMANTOWN — A Plattsburgh man was arrested in Beekmantown after allegedly violating his parole.
Brandon F. Brothers, 50, of Plattsburgh was arrested at 5:34 p.m. Saturday in the Town of Beekmantown by Clinton County Sheriff’s deputies.
He is charged with violation of parole for allegedly violating his post-release supervision.
Brothers was transported to the Plattsburgh Police Department and transferred to custody of the officers there due to an additional pending charge in the City of Plattsburgh. According to Plattsburgh City Police, Brothers is facing charges of fourth-degree attempted grand larceny, a felony, and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.

PLATTSBURGH — An inmate at Clinton Correctional Facility has been charged after allegedly being found in possession of dangerous contraband.
Sheriff’s deputies arrested Michelle J. Bouyea, 20, at 8:20 p.m. Friday. Bouyea is charged with first degree promotion of prison contraband.
Deputies processed Bouyea and returned her to the custody of Clinton Correctional Facility.
Bouyea is scheduled to appear in the Town of Plattsburgh at a later date to face the allegations. No further information was available.
