Ramsey, 74, of Hardscrabble Road in Cadyville, N.Y., who died Wednesday, June 19, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, with family by her side. Rev. Donald Kramberg, Pastor of St. Joseph's Church, celebrated the Mass. Organist was Mary Ann Lawliss. Michaelle Coulan, Denise Bilow, Kenneth Ramsey Jr., and Angela Renadette placed the pall. Coty Renadette placed the crucifix and photo. Brian Bilow and Brandon Bilow read from scripture. Linda Miller and Linda Coolman presented the gifts. Bridgette Bilow, Jamie Renadette and Danielle Coulon gave words of remembrance of Arlene's life. Pallbearers were Brian Bilow, Brandon Bilow, Coty Renadette, Dayne Renadette, Benajmin Coulon, James Grenier and Kenneth Ramsey III. Burial followed in Saranac Independence Cemetery in Saranac, where Rev. Donald Kramberg read committal prayers.
