He was born in Croix-des-Buques, Haiti on June 27, 1937, the son of Cleveland and Melanie (Falaise) St. Louis. Calling hours will be held on Friday Jan. 11, 2013 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday Jan. 12, at 11 a.m. at St. John's Church in Plattsburgh, burial will be in his hometown in Haiti.
