She was arraigned in Town of AuSable Court and remanded to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond. She was to reappear in court Jan. 3. 

MORIAH — A Port Henry man was charged with felony criminal contempt in relation to a domestic dispute Dec. 27, 2013. 

Shabtie B. Logan, 27, allegedly barged into an apartment and banged on the door of the bedroom into which the victim had locked herself in, causing damage to the door, according to State Police. 

Logan grabbed the victim’s cordless phone and cell phone so she couldn’t call police and left the residence, police said. 

Logan was charged with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, petit larceny, and second-degree criminal trespassing, all misdemeanors. He was also charged with first-degree criminal contempt, with a prior conviction, a felony. 

He was arraigned in Town of Moriah Court and remanded to Essex County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond. He was to return to court Dec. 30. 

PLATTSBURGH — An Altona man was charged with felony criminal contempt Oct. 9, 2013. 

Adam F. Daniels, 23, allegedly violated an order of protection by entering the residence of the victim on Locust Drive, according to State Police. 

Daniels was charged with first-degree criminal contempt with a prior conviction, a felony, police said.

He was arraigned at Plattsburgh Town Court and was put on pre-trial release. Daniels was to reappear in court Jan. 7. 

PERSONAL-INJURY ACCIDENT

MOIRA — A North Bangor woman was injured in a two-car accident Dec. 20, 2013. 

At about 9:06 p.m., Alyssa L. Lucey, 17, was traveling west on Route 11 when she failed to observe a second vehicle, which was parked and unoccupied on the north shoulder of the road, according to State Police.
