Gumlaw scores ace at Bluff Point
PLATTSBURGH -- Frank Gumlaw opened the Just for Fun League season in style Tuesday night with a hole-in-one at Bluff Point Golf Resort. Gumlaw used a 5 wood to sink his tee shot on the 166-yard fifth hole.
Ken Snyder, Ron Besaw, Craig Bacon, Tyler Smith and Bernie Reome all witnessed the ace.
Cycling team hosts pleasure ride
WEST CHAZY -- The Adirondack Cycling Team extends an open invitation to anyone interested in joining its members for an 18-mile pleasure ride Wednesdays and Sundays. Tonight's ride will begin at 6 p.m. from the West Chazy fire station.

PLATTSBURGH -- The Plattsburgh Youth Hockey Board of Directors will meet tonight at 7:30 p.m. at the Clinton County Government Center. A variety of issues will be discussed. All are welcome.
