Huskies dominate in softball, track
MALONE -- Haley Poupore went 3-for-3 with a double, triple and three RBI as Malone walloped Massena 15-0 Tuesday in Northern Athletic Conference softball.
Abby Premo and Brittany Marshall each had two hits piece for the Huskies (9-0).
Ashley Marshall pitched the complete game allowing just one hit and striking out four. Marci Silver got a one-out single in the fifth inning to break up the no-hit bid.

Malone girls sweep
MALONE -- Jessica Farmer piled up four victories to lead Malone to victories over Norwood-Norfolk and Madrid-Waddington in Northern Athletic Conference track & field Tuesday.
The Huskies claimed all but three events as they beat Norwood-Norfolk, 200.5-118.5, and Madrid-Waddington, 210-106.
Farmer won the 100-meter dash in 12.9 seconds and the 200 in 26.5 seconds. She also won the long jump and helped win the 400 relay.
Ashley Lamica took first in the 1,500 and the 3,000, and Kaylie Lamica was first in the 400 hurdles and the triple jump. Sara Marlowe, Ellen Studlack and Kaitlihn Sexton were each part of two winning relay teams.
