PLATTSBURGH — Accused murderer Glen Race returned to Clinton County Court Wednesday. He pleaded not guilty to a newly filed 12-count indictment against him that revised previous charges.
Race is charged in the May 10 murder of Darcy Manor of Mooers.
During the court appearance, Judge Kevin Ryan gave Race’s attorney, Mark McCormick, 45 days to file motions on the indictment, which District Attorney Andrew Wylie is seeking to have consolidated with the indictment lodged against Race in August.
