Glen D. Race, wearing a spit guard after a spitting incident involving New York State Police Thursday, is placed into a police car after pleading not guilty to a second-degree murder charge during his arraignment in Mooers Town Court. Race allegedly shot Darcy Manor on May 10 and took his vehicle. Race, who also faces murder charges in Nova Scotia, Canada, was returned to Clinton County late Thursday afternoon from southern Texas where he was arrested last month while trying to cross the Mexican border
