CADYVILLE — Ms. Gail F. Odom, 45, of Cadyville, N.Y., passed away at her home unexpectedly on Friday, May 31, 2013. She was born at CVPH on July 1, 1967, the daughter of the late H. James and Joann (Coryea) Manley. She graduated from Saranac Central High School in 1987.
Gail was a skilled bartender and clerk. She loved to help others and make them smile. She always enjoyed good company and having a good time. Her favorite activities involved Karaoke and socializing around a bonfire. She also loved growing up on the family dairy farm and cows.
Gail was predeceased by her parents (2009). She is survived by her two children, daughter, Beth Ann Hoffman and her husband Rob Hoffman of Mary Esther, Fla., and her son, Sean Patrick McGann of Dannemora. Beth Ann has two children, Ashlyn Grace and Emilyn Joann. Gail is also survived by her siblings, Jill Heath and fianc^ Walter Drollette of Saranac, N.Y., Cathy Rivers and spouse Shane Rivers of Peru, N.Y., and Harold Manley and spouse Andrea Manley of Delmar, N.Y. Gail is survived by 4 nephews; 1 niece and is predeceased by another niece. Gail also has several aunts, uncles and cousins from the Manley, Coryea, LaGoy, and Blair families.
A celebration of her life will be held on June 15, 2013 from noon to 5 p.m. at the QWL, Dannemora, N,Y. The celebration will be a karaoke party in honor of Gails favorite pastime.
