GEORGE L. HUBBELL III, 93, formerly of Court Street, Plattsturgh, died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2012 at the Clinton County Nursing Home. He was born in New York City on Sept. 18, 1919, the son of George and Sophie (Young) Hubbell, Jr. Arrangements are incomplete with the R. W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
