PERU — Norma M. Favreau, 60, of Apple Valley Drive, died Tuesday, July 30, 2013, at CVPH Medical Center. She was born July 29, 1953, in Plattsburgh, the daughter of William and Mary (DeGott) Morse.
Norma graduated from Peru Central School in 1973. She married Roger Favreau on March 6, 1976, at St. Augustine's Church in Peru. Norma enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandson, Allen.
Survivors include her husband, Roger Favreau of Peru; one son, Bruce Favreau and Angela Miller of Keeseville; one daughter, Kimberly Thibault and her husband Andrew of Glens Falls; her mother, Mary Morse of Plattsburgh; one brother, William Morse and his wife Jean of Clearwater, Fla.; two sisters, Mary Caron of Plattsburgh and Sharon Marinaro and her husband, Louis of Morrisonville; one grandson, Allen Favreau of Peru; sister and brother-in-law, Judy and Gary Wrisley of Cadyville and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her father, William Morse; brother-in-law, David Caron; in-laws, Moses and Hazel Favreau and many other family members.
The family would like to give a big thank you to the staff on R-5 at CVPH Medical Center, Father Reamer and Dr. Jan Duus and his staff.
Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, August 1, at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, August 2, at the Robert W. Walker Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery in West Chazy.
