MARC R. ROUSSY, 47, formerly of Plattsburgh, died Wednesday, July 31, 2013, at the Yale-New Haven Hospital in New Haven, Conn. with family by his side. He was born in Plattsburgh on Sept. 10, 1965, the son of Laurence and Marie (Bouchard) Roussy. Arrangements are incomplete and are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh.
