BEZIO - A Mass of Christian burial for Lyman "Buck" George Bezio,77, who died peacefully at Meadowbrook Nursing Home surrounded by his loving family on August 22, 2013, was celebrated at 11 a.m. on Monday, August 26, 2013 at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville. The Mass was celebrated by Rev. Scott Seymour, pastor, concelebrated by Rev. William Reamer, pastor of Our Lady of Victory Church and CVPH Chaplain, and assisted by David Pereira, Raymond Turbide and Robert Mertz. The organist was Ben Reavis and soloist was Mitch Willette. The pall was placed by his children Carol Patnode, Lyman Bezio, Debra DeLeonardo and Jacqueline Taylor. The Crucifix was placed by his wife Louise. The Bible and Rosary were placed by daughter Theresa Shane. The readers were Nicole Still and Michelle Glynn. The offertory gifts were presented by Maureen Shane and Zachary Taylor. Words of Remembrance were shared by James Dynko and Robert Grady. The pall bearers were Richard Taylor, Tom DeLeonardo, John DeLeonardo, Tim Patnode, Derrick Patnode and Lucas Taylor. Interment followed in St. Peter's Cemetery where Rev. Seymour read committal prayers and full military honors were accorded by the Vermont Air National Guard and American Legion Post 20.
