MARY L. MELHORN, 69, of the Lapham Mills Road, Peru, died Wednesday, July 17, 2013, at Fletcher Allen Healthcare in Burlington, Vt. She was born in Plattsburgh, Dec. 10, 1943, the daughter of Oral and Evelyn (Lavarnway) Senecal. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, July 19, at the Hamilton Funeral Home, 294 Mannix Road, Peru. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. on Saturday, July 20, at St. Augustine's Church, with Rev. Alan D. Shnob, parish Pastor, celebrating.
