ARTHUR L. BECHARD, 97, of Route 9, Chazy, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 at the Meadowbrook Health Care Facility in Plattsburgh. He was born on April 29, 1915 in Champlain, N.Y., the son of Nepoleon and Josephine (Tetrault) Bechard. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at the R.W.
