Davis finished with 15 points and 13 rebounds, while Gay added 14 points and 10 rebounds.
Brandon Porter paced the Warriors with 15 points and Nick Arnold, returning from an injury, added 10 points.
The Eagles held a 17-14 lead at the half and a 26-19 advantage after three before the two teams combined for 33 points in the fourth.
“Both teams played hard and played good defense,” said Westport coach Ike Tyler. “It was a tough battle. John Doyle and Thomas Mero didn’t score any points for us, but they played good defense.
“Willsboro was the defending sectional champion and they didn’t easily give up the title. We had a height advantage and it helped at the end. They got to within two points early in the fourth, but couldn’t get closer than that.”
