TICONDEROGA — Two Ticonderoga women were arrested on burglary charges Friday.

Sheilana Labatore, 23, was charged with second-degree burglary, a felony; petit larceny, a misdemeanor, and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor, according to State Police.

Labatore was arraigned in Ticonderoga Town Court and was sent to the Essex County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.

What police called Labatore’s “co-conspirator,” Amber Crowe, 32, was charged with second-degree burglary and petit larceny, police said.

Crowe was arraigned and sent to the Essex County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.

MALONE — A Malone woman was charged with grand larceny for allegedly stealing a vehicle.

According to Malone-based State Police, Heather M. Feimann, 29, stole an acquaintance’s 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix shortly before 12:30 p.m. on Nov. 28.

While driving the vehicle along Fourth Street in Malone, Feimann was involved in a two-car motor vehicle accident, police said.

The Grand Prix was left with extensive damage, police said.

Feimann was taken to Alice Hyde Medical Center in Malone where she was treated and released, police said.

The names and conditions of the individuals in the second vehicle were not available.

Feinmann was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

Police said she was arraigned Tuesday night.

PLATTSBURGH — A downstate woman was charged Nov. 23 with drunken driving.

Jenna M. Ruocco, 21, of Mahopac, N.Y. was driving on Route 3 in the Town of Plattsburgh at about 12:02 a.m. when a trooper pulled over her vehicle, according to a State Police blotter entry.

Ruocco was charged with driving while intoxicated with a previous conviction within 10 years, a felony; operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher, a misdemeanor, and speeding, an infraction, according to the blotter entry.

She was released on an appearance ticket, according to the entry.
