The next day, charges of fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony, and fifth-degree possession of stolen property, a misdemeanor, relating to an incident reported Oct. 9, 2012, were logged in a State Police blotter entry for Ball.
Back in October 2012, Ball was arrested after a long State Police investigation into a report they received the morning of Nov. 13, 2010.
It is alleged that Ball caused about $1,200 worth of damage to a parked pickup truck in Peru, police said.
He was charged Oct. 21, 2012, with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony, and released on an appearance ticket for a Nov. 1, 2012, court date, police said.
