Plattsburgh-based State Police said Shain Samuels, 24, was driving on Ratta Road around 7 p.m. when he drove off the road and into two mailboxes.

Samuels was subsequently taken to CVPH Medical Center, where he was treated and released, hospital officials said Tuesday.

Plattsburgh-based State Police said Patrick J. Sullivan, 56, was driving east on Route 11 at about 7 a.m. when he slid off the road and hit a mailbox, sending his truck on its side.
