BERNARD R. SEYMOUR, 88, of Route 3, Plattsburgh, died on Saturday, Sept. 7, 2013, at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Morrisonville, N.Y. on May 23, 1925, the son of Charles L. and Julia (LaFountain) Seymour. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and will be announced in Tuesday's edition of the Press Republican by R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court St., Plattsburgh.
