Born in Ticonderoga, June 27, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Clifton and Geraldine (Denno) Frasier. Relatives and friends may call from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., Monday, March 18, at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga. The Catholic Daughters #794 will recite the rosary at 1:30 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 2:45 p.m. at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 22 Father Jogues Place, Ticonderoga. The Rev. Kevin D. McEwan, Pastor, will officiate. The Rite of Committal will take place at a later date at the Old Hague Cemetery.
