TUPPER LAKE — Two Malone teens face burglary and other charges after their arrest by Tupper Lake Village Police on Thanksgiving.
Timothy C. Ropas and Kyle J. Proper, both 18, were taken into custody at 10:15 a.m. and arraigned in Tupper Lake Village Court.
Ropas and Proper are both charged with second-degree burglary, a felony, and petit larceny, a misdemeanor.
Proper also was charged with violation marijuana possession.
Bail was set for each at $5,000. Neither could pay, so they were taken to the Franklin County Jail.
They are due in court again Dec. 16.
No further details were available Friday.
TICONDEROGA — A Ticonderoga woman was arrested for allegedly forging a check.
Erin Bell Dedrick, 35, was charged with grand larceny and second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, both felonies.
Dedrick was arraigned in Ticonderoga Town Court with a return date of Dec. 13, police said.
