DOUGLAS LYNN PORTER, 61, of Ticonderoga, died unexpectedly on Thursday, March 7, 2013, at the Moses-Ludington Hospital of Ticonderoga. Born in Ticonderoga, April 29, 1951, he was the son of the late Marvin H. and Eleanor (Elliott) Porter. Arrangements are incomplete at this time and under the direction of the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home of Ticonderoga. A full obituary will appear at a later date.
