A few days after his Feb. 5 arrest, Donah was indicted by a grand jury on first-degree attempted rape, first-degree sexual abuse, three counts of first-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree unlawful imprisonment, second-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault and two counts of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation.
