FELONY ARRESTS

PLATTSBURGH — A Plattsburgh man was charged Wednesday with attempted grand larceny.

At about 10:20 p.m., troopers responded 1678 Military Turnpike in the Town of Plattsburgh for a report of a stolen vehicle, State Police said.

A white male wearing a white shirt and blue pajama pants had fled the area on foot following a confrontation with the owner of the car, police said.

The suspect, Tucker J. Hackett, 20, was soon found by troopers walking on Tom Miller Road, police said.

He was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny, a felony.

Hackett was arraigned in Plattsburgh Town Court and sent to Clinton County Jail in lieu of $2,000 cash or $4,000 bond.

He is due back in court Monday.

BOMBAY — A Bombay man was charged April 14 with criminal possession of marijuana.

At about 4:30 p.m., Shane J. Deshane, 33, was found with approximately two pounds and 8.6 ounces of marijuana, State Police said.

It was mailed to him via the U.S. Postal Service, police said.

Deshane was charged with second-degree criminal possession of marijuana, a felony.

He was arraigned in Bombay Town Court and sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $1,500 cash or $3,000 bond.

In connection with the case, Krystal R. Kerberg, 25, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation, and released on an appearance ticket returnable to Bombay Town Court.

SCHROON LAKE — A Schroon Lake man was charged with felony drunken driving April 11.

At about 11:18 p.m., Javier Aldaco-Solis, 44, was driving a 2013 Suzuki SX4 on Route 9 in the Town of Schroon Lake when a trooper stopped him for speeding, State Police said.

Aldaco-Solis was found to have a blood-alcohol content of .15 percent, police said.

He was charged with felony driving while intoxicated and was released, police said.

PORT HENRY — Two Port Henry residents were arrested following an alleged domestic dispute.
