Judith M. Frost

TROY, NY — Judith M. Frost, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2013 at Ellis Hospital of Schenectady. She was 76.

Born in Troy, N.Y., Feb. 25, 1937, she was the daughter of the late Carl K. and Madeline M. (Michel) Frost.

Judith was a 1954 graduate of Catholic Central High School and a 1957 graduate of St. Mary's School of Nursing in Amsterdam, N.Y.

She was employed as a Registered Nurse at the Samaritan Hospital for many years. Prior to her retirement, she was the Charge Nurse in labor and delivery.

Judith was very fond of her summer vacations on Lake George and Cape Cod with her family.

She was predeceased by one brother, John C. Frost; and one sister, Nancy E. Frost.

Survivors include two brothers, Jerome K. Frost of Troy, and Eugene H. Frost and his wife Patricia of Ticonderoga; two sisters, Virginia Frost Oberoi and her husband Balbir of North Providence, R.I., and Susan Frost Maloney and her husband John of Watervliet; one sister-in-law, Nora G. Frost of Troy; and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends may call from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29, 2013 at Riverview Funeral Home, 218 2nd Avenue (corner of 104th street), Troy, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, 2013 at the Sacred Heart Church of Troy.

The Rite of Committal will follow at the family plot of St. Peter's Cemetery of Troy.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home of Ticonderoga.
