MOOERS FORKS — Shelba J. Clinard, 74, of the Davison Road, passed thru the gates of the Lord on June 10, 2014, under the loving care of her husband, Francis Miller, her son, Bruce St. Andrew and Hospice.
She was born in Plattsburgh, N.Y. on Jan. 14, 1940, the daughter of Frank and Harriet (Garrow) Veivia.
Shelba married Francis Miller on May 23, 2002, in Champlain, N.Y. She enjoyed playing bingo, gardening, cooking and especially spending time with her loving family and grandchildren.
Survivors include her husband, Francis Miller of Mooers Forks; two sons, Bruce St. Andrew of Mooers Forks, and James St. Andrew of Syracuse; one stepson, Jody Miller and his wife Amber of Mooers Forks; one daughter, Shelba Murphy and her husband James of Champlain; one stepdaughter, Angel Duchene and her husband Ronnie of West Chazy; one special child, Robert Brassard of Champlain; two brothers, Frank Veivia and his wife Bev of Mooers, and Wayne Veivia and his companion Ginger of Rouses Point; one sister, Jenny Veivia of Mooers Forks; ten grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Shelba was predeceased by her parents; one brother, Raymond; and one sister, Joan.
There will be no public calling hours.
