VERO BEACH, FL. — Lou Moreland, 70, of Vero Beach, Fla., passed away unexpectedly on April 14, 2013. Lou was born in Albany, N.Y., the son of Louis and Ruth Moreland. He was a graduate of Peru Central School, class of 1960. He attended Boston college for two years and lived in Danville, Calif., for many years where he was a financial planner.
He was an avid gardener and gourmet cook. He will be remembered for his great sense of humor and love of life.
He was predeceased by his parents. He is survived by two daughters, Kimberly Lampone of Estero, Fla., and Heidi Fabricant of Tampa, Fla.; a granddaughter, Breanna Fabricant of Jacksonville, fla.; a sister and brother in-law, Mary and John Ryan of Staunton, Va.; a niece, Erin Dixon of Staunton, Va.; and two nephews, Michael Ryan of Port Monmouth, N.J., and Patrick Ryan of Myrtle Beach, S.C.
Lou will be buried in Ludlow, Vt.
