ALBANY — Justin P. King, 39, of Latham passed from this life to the next on March 27, 2014, at St. Peter's Hospice in Albany after a courageous battle with cancer.
Born in Albany he was the son of Daniel and Bonnie Brewster King of Willsboro, N.Y., and the devoted husband of Allison Ames King of Latham.
Mr. King was a graduate of Bishop Magin High School and Hudson Valley Community College. He was retired due to his illness from Focused Technologies in Menands where he worked as an analyst. Justin was a respected member of the Hardcore Scene in the Capital District. He was greatly loved and admired by all who knew him and his passing saddens us all.
Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include his son, Justin; and daughter, Molly both of Latham; his loving sister, Melissa McGlynn of Latham; childhood friends, Kerri Dunn and Chuck Tobin and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Friends and relatives are invited to call from 3 to 6 p.m. on Sunday, March 30, at the Frank P. McDonald & Son Funeral Home 870 Second Avenue (124th & 125th Streets) in Lansingburgh.
The family would like to thank the nurses and staff at St. Peter's Hospital and Hospice for the care and attention that they gave to Justin during his final days.
