ST. MARY'S, GA./CHAMPLAIN — Debra A. Blainey, 57, originally from Champlain died unexpectedly on Friday, March 7, 2014, in St. Mary's Ga., where she had resided for the past 4 years. She was born on Dec. 29, 1956, at CVPH in Plattsburgh, N.Y.
She is survived by her mother, Doreen (Saunders) Manor of Champlain; her sister, Lauria Cayea and her husband Kevin of Champlain; two brothers, Lawrence Manor and his wife Robin of Champlain, James Manor and his fiance Shana Blain of Champlain; sister in-law Barbara Manor of Champlain; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gregory Blainey; her father, Roy Manor; her brother, Garry Manor; her paternal grandparents, Albert and Leona Manor; and her maternal grandparents, Albert and Evelyn Saunders.
She attended NCCS where she graduated in 1975. She worked at Wyeth-Ayerst Laboratories as a Switch Board Opeator for 9 years.
She loved decorating, gardening and spending time with her "fur kids", Kramer and Kricket.
