MORIAH - Grace M. Gumlaw, 64, of Moriah, was released from her pain on Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at the Horace Nye Nursing Home in Elizabethtown. She was born Dec. 31, 1948, to Allen and Beulah (Lake) Clark.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Ralph (Buck) and her children, Kimberly Clark, Chris and Tiffany Gumlaw and Bonnie and Armand Nichols. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Christopher, Jennifer, Ryan, Madison and Logan. Survivors also include three brothers, Herb (Violet), Peter and George (Julie) Clark; as well as numerous nephews and nieces.
"Gracie", as she was known, enjoyed crafting of all kinds and her favorite game, Bingo, which she attended weekly. She mostly enjoyed time spent with her family and was eagerly awaiting the birth of her first great-grandson, Ethan. Viewing and a service will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 28, at the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry N.Y. Any donations may be made to the Knights of Columbus in Port Henry or the Moriah Ambulance Squad.
