He was born in Plattsburgh on Sept. 10, 1965, the son of Laurence and Marie (Bouchard) Roussy.
He graduated from Mount Assumption Institute in 1983, where he met and eventually married his high school sweetheart, Denise. Usually the first to arrive to lend a helping hand, Marc will be most remembered for his boundless generosity and his willingness to assist anyone in need. He touched many lives with his kind heart, mischievous spirit and skilled hands.
In addition to the loving hands of his family, Marc received wonderful homecare from Hospice of Southeastern Conneticuut. The nursing staff at Smilow Cancer Hospital provided tender loving care for Marc and his family, during his final journey.
